DIMENSIONS OF LIFE™ Wellness Programs
Taras’ fast-moving, thought –provoking Dimensions of Life™ programs transform the abstract ideas of “social interaction” and “etiquette” into concrete developmental skills required to effectively organize, manage and communicate information. From the outset, participants are engaged with stimulating individual and group exercises that will immediately strengthen the clarity and power of their thought process, problem solving techniques, and self-actualization.
How are the programs delivered?
Dimensions of Life™ programs are delivered on-site at the client’s location or off-site at a secluded location designed to provide serenity and peace of mind. The programs are tailored to the specific needs of the individual and client organization. Each program is comprised of exercises and dyadic discussions developed from the needs assessment and evaluation feedback process.
What will you receive?
Participants of the Dimensions of Life Wellness Programs may receive a comprehensive participant guide, a program management tool-kit, and quick reference cards which help to assure on-the-job implementation of workshop techniques. Participant guides include worksheets, formats, group exercises, checklists and step-by-step instructions illustrated with graphics and multiple examples.
