Initial Beginnings (Three Month Program )

Our three month coaching program is for anyone who is thinking about, or planning on, starting a business as well as those who have already started their company but would like to learn how to improve their business performance and maximize profits. The sessions enable our clients to learn all the basics of how to start up and profitably run a business.

Business Portfolio (Six Month Program)

The successful re-engineering of a company will also stimulate growth potential, cut costs, and increase profits. Our six month program include the objectives of a three month program in addition, the sessions will show you how to re-engineer the organization of your company to increase efficiency, making it more agile and cohesive.

Strategic Development (12 Month Program)

Strategic planning is vital to growth of sales and profits. The twelve month program is a combination of the three and six month program. The program enables you to learn and recognize the need for strategic planning.

Business Plan Development and Writing Services

Our customized business plans are designed to suit your specific business vision, goals and aspirations.  Most plans are for meeting lender or investor expectations of content, organization and clarity, in order to improve your chances of impressing lending and investment organizations. 

Business Plan Standard- A level one business plan is a full-color, investor ready business plan. Generally, this plan is used for bank funding and light venture capital needs.   Well suited for retail, restaurants, professional services and wholesale.  Delivery Time: 10-14 Days

Business Plan Advanced- A level two business plan is the same as the standard in layout but much deeper research. The level two business plan provides considerable scope and analysis of the market, the competition, and the products or services offered.  Delivery Time: 21-28 Days

Business Plan Investor Ready- A level three business plan is completely customized with product specific information such as patents, intellectual property, feasibility studies, and market surveys.  The Investor Ready plan comes complete with a Company Business Plan Power Point Presentation.  Well suited for industrial, healthcare, to telecommunications.  Delivery time: 30-60 Days

Loan Packaging-  We can use your existing business plan to help raise debt equity.  By connecting you with a number of flexible lending institutions. We can make the start-up or expansion lending process more efficient and painless.  All financial institutions have pre-approved the format of our Level I business plans and we frequently have a pre-commitment on the business loan prior to the completion of the business plan, assuming the plan will be the level of work our lenders are used to receiving from us.
